GetKambium continues to make huge strides.

If you haven’t logged in for a while, you’ll notice a number of changes.

 Some are big and some are small. 

 Thank you for your feedback, it’s helped us shape and polish the platform.

 

Changes effective Monday 21 November, 2022

  • Home page: We’ve added new charts that show QBR status and Client Risk (this is based on client having a Discover Review and Recent QBR)
  • Dashboards
    • Client Hygiene – This answers the questions: 1) How is GetKambium being used? 2) With which clients we need to focus our efforts with GetKambium?
    • Revenue – This answers: 1) What has GetKambium discovered for me? 2) What are the top types/categories of recommendations and industries that are a potential source of revenue as I will need to make sure my staff are trained in these areas to make the most of the opportunities?
  • Discover Reviews
    • These can now be “Completed” from the Outline Screen.
    • You can now use the calculator functionality on the metadata screen to calculate setup and recurring estimates based on products pulled from your ConnectWise Product Catalog (requires expanding API permissions and setup of Product integration under Settings)
    • You can update the Priority and Category from the Metadata table.
  • Nurture Recommendations
    • Under step 2.1 you can now generate a Report just of the Recommendation text.
    • Under step 2.2 you can publish Recommendations to ConnectWise on an ad hoc basis
    • You can now use the calculator functionality on the metadata screen to calculate setup and recurring estimates based on products pulled from your ConnectWise Product Catalog (requires expanding API permissions and setup of Product integration under Settings)
  • Nurture QBR
    • These can now be “Completed” from the Outline screen.
  • Clients
    • Bulk importing
      • fixed an issue where special characters would prevent the import of a client.
      • fixed an issue where client wasn’t linked properly to CW via bulk import.
  • Settings
    • ConnectWise integration
      • API Permission requirements have expanded to include “Procurement/Product Catalog Inquire:All”
      • Step 1.4 Product Catalog requires setup to be able to use the calculator functionality for Recommendation metadata.
      • When publishing Recommendations as Opportunities any Rec with CW Product lines will be published in place of the Forecast estimate.
    • Branding
      • Fixed an issue where template uploading wasn’t working.
